Number of modules:

1. Collaborating for Results consists of three separate online modules offered over three to five weeks. Each module builds an important competence for effective collaboration. Although separate, they need to be taken in order because each module builds on the previous module.
   

Length of modules:

1. Skillful Listening and Four Conversations for Relationships and Results are approximately two hours each.
   

2. Coping with Wicked Messes is about two and one half hours in length.
   

3. Completing our introduction to “Elluminate” is a pre-requisite - see below.
   

An Online Experience:

1. To get the best value for your investment we recommend give it your full attention - turn off your email, close the door to your office, hold your calls, etc.
   

2. Collaborating for Results is highly experiential and works best when you are fully present. You will be engaged in a variety of activities ranging from listening to brief lectures supported by visuals, to small group breakout sessions, to open conversations among all participants. You are encouraged to bring issues and topics that are occurring in your life and work so that the experience will be personally meaningful.
   

Technical requirements:

1. Collaborating for Results is conducted using Elluminate, a browser-based platform that supports audio, video, chat and whiteboards, as well as small group break out sessions. You must have java installed on your browser and have access to a high-speed internet connection. Elluminate supports the latest versions of Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer.
   

2. Your participation will be greatly enhanced if you use a USB headset!
   

Pre-requisite:

1. We have designed a slide deck to serve as an introduction to the Elluminate online classroom. This learning step is necessary in order to allow people to be comfortable enough with the platform that they can focus on the material being presented.
   

2. Once you are registered, we will send you this deck so that you can learn the basics of the program. It is extremely important that you understand basic operations of the program before attempting to work with the material presented in the modules. If after reading the deck and practicing in your own v-room you have any questions, please contact us before the start of the program so we can address your concerns and technical issues.
   

When:

1. Courses are offered on an ongoing basis throughout the year. We need a minimum of nine people to offer a module. Once you declare your interest in participating, you will be sent a link to a poll where you can indicate which days and times work best for you. As soon as enough people are signed up we will schedule that module.
   

Investment:

    $195 per module for corporate entities

    $125 per module for individuals, educational institutions and IRS registered non-profit
      organizations
